Demo against structural racism! Grasping things at the root!
Join us on 16th of December at the “Demonstration against structural racism!”
The situation of people with experience of refuge is worsening more and more. In Libya people are detained, sold and enslaved. In Europe migration is criminalized, more and more people are deported.
The inhabitants of the squatted south part of the
Gerhart-Hauptmann-Schule at the Ohlauer Street in Kreuzberg had been announced the eviction for the 11th of January 2018
It is intention, that the basic conditions for an equal life are not
accessible for all. The economic vitality of the countries of the global North is only possible by the exploitation of the countries of the global south. This is a history of colonialism, of slavery, of economic exploitation, surreal consumerism and use of resources, of wars and the trade with weapons.
If all people would have the same legal premises, in the way they are established in the Declaration Of Human Rights, this exploitation would not be realizable on the long term.
“When you decide to go to Europe and to go to Europe with a ship, you don´t know if you ´ll succeed, if you´ll survive or if you´ll not survive. When you come to Germany, it is a very different pain.”
(Quotation: Activist of the Gerhart-Hauptmann-Schule)
We must overcome the system of exploitation, all people must have the right to decide, where and how they want to live, independently of status and origin.
What approaches are there to break open this system?
How can I participate on it? What initiatives are there?
“Radical simply means: Grasping the things at the root!”

Our equipment suffered a lot from traveling around Europe for our independent on the ground reports. We need new microphones for better audio on our video reports, a new laptop (the last one crashed in Catalonia) and have a lot of expenses for our on the ground reporting.
We want to stay independent and want to expand our work with on the ground reporting across Europe and even beyond. Therefore we need your support. Help maintain our site and continue our work. Your donations make our work possible.
We did and do a lot of on the ground reporting in Europe. On December 17 we will travel to Lesvos (Greece) and in January we will travel from Lesvos to Athens to report on the ground.
Each donation helps, also the small ones. Thank you for supporting the Enough is Enough project.
