After the first trial Peike was senteced to 2 years and 9 months imprisonment and is now one year in jail. The judge decided to suspend Peike’s sentence under the following conditions: Peike will be allowed to return to the Netherlands when a 12.000€ bail is paid and he has to register himself at the adress of his parents. Peike also has to deliver a postal adress in Hamburg to receive post from the court and he has to appear at the court at the court dates of his trial.

Today Peike’s appeal  continues, it’s the last known court date but additional court dates might follow.

You will find more information about Peike’s case here and here.
