While the police was attempting to photograph her shortly after the arrest, Eule allegedly – while being fixated on the ground – kicked towards the head of an officer with her combat-boots. The officer was not struck. Eule was later brought to the JVA Köln-Ossendorf, with serious injuries.

For the district court judge of AG Kerpen, this was enough to issue an arrest warrant. The reason for imprisonment is „flight-risk“, as the identity of Eule is unknown. The judiciary has therefore registered her under the name „Unknown Person Aachen 8“ – „UP Aachen 8“ for short.

The court also ordered restrictions and surveillance in regards to visitation, tele-communication and post, according to §119 StPO.

The charges against Eule are: §114 Abs 1 StGB “Assault on deployment officers“ in combination with §§224 Abs 1, 22, 23 StBG “attemted dangerous personal injury“.

Eule herself did not express herself in front of the judge, neither to the allegations or her identity. Strictly speaking she did not express herself verbally at all. Merely through gestures she made it clear, that she wanted the defense lawyer that was present to defend her.
