Sunday meeting with the ex-residents of Clandestina squat

The past month, as part of a mass police operation in Exarchia, 5 squats have been violently evicted; their residents, mostly migrants, have been displaced, imprisoned or left homeless. The body of squatters, migrants and internationalist comrades who mobilized in order to answer to this wave of repression, took the initiative to reoccupy part of the embattled ground, that of Bouboulinas 42, which was Clandestina squat.

This Sunday at 15.00, the new open community of Bouboulinas is inviting the ex-residents for a meal and discussion. We want to talk about the repression of migrants; from the borders to the mass imprisonment and isolation in concentration camps and their constant persecution, through housing squat evictions and being kept in conditions of illegality. The new community will introduce itself and its ideas and plans for a new project for struggle and social self-organization.

From the space will be excluded those ex-residents of Clandestina who had exploitative relations with the body of residents, and who perpetrated or supported patriarchal opression and rape culture.
