Marseille. France. Last weekend, several dozen cameras were sabotaged or covered with paint in Marseille, in response to the facial recognition and generalized surveillance allowed by the “global security” law.

One person was arrested, but the painters claim that “the operation was a success” and announce: “the struggle is not over”. A creative, effective and cheap action.
The creators of this initiative are opposed to “a world controlled by intrusive technologies in the service of increased surveillance of all forms of dissent”.
