Dutch police seized servers of NoState tech collective – North Shore Counter-Info, Montreal Counter-Info, 325 and Act For Freedom Now down

We have learned that Dutch police have seized the servers of the NoState tech collective, which hosts North Shore Counter-Info as well as Montreal Counter-Info and several other anarchist sites (like for instance 325 and Act For Freedom Now!, Enough 14). We know it is in the context of a criminal investigation but not much else.

Bristol, UK: I had my hands up – My first experience with police brutality

UK. Bristol. On Friday night, approximately 2000 protesters showed out in Bristol, once again to demand the government kill the bill. Much like the protest on Sunday, it started with marches and chanting, and much like on Sunday and Tuesday, it ended with police beating the shit out of us.

His Master’s Voice – police violence and the media [UK]

UK. If one was to base their understanding of how the police in Britain operate on how the mass media report it, then the police are a fine bunch of people, currently under siege from the forces of anarchy, and mindless hooligan elements, who are bent on needless violence. And last weekend’s demo in Bristol against the policing bill, according to the BBC, ITN, Sky News and every single national newspaper, told exactly that story. According to them, parroting the cops’ narrative, officers suffered broken bones and punctured lungs. However, a few days later, it became apparent that this was a made up story. In fact, the local hospital treated multiple victims of police violence and… ahem… zero injured police officers.

Prisoners on hunger strike in Chilean courts

On March 26, four days after the hunger strike began, some of the subversive, anarchist and revolt prisoners who mobilized against the modifications to Decree Law 321 and for the release of Marcelo Villarroel, were summoned to virtual hearings in the respective courts where their legal cases are being handled.
