Das Bündnis “Zwangsräumung Verhindern NRW” ruft zur friedlichen Blockade der Zwangsräumung von Michael P. aus Krefeld auf. Bitte kommt am 18. Juni um 7 Uhr nach Krefeld!
Zwangsräumungen verstoßen gegen die Menschenrechte und werden häufig ohne Öffentlichkeit und meist in einer rechtlichen Grauzone durchgeführt. Die betroffenen Personen wenden sich meistens entweder zu spät oder gar nicht an entsprechende Stellen, wo ihnen Hilfe angeboten wird. Oftmals kennen sie ihre Rechte nicht genau und sind psychisch und physisch sehr mitgenommen von der drohenden Zwangsräumung.
1. Treffen Zwangsräumung verhindern NRW: Sonntag, den 12.05. um 13:00 Uhr am Krefelder Hauptbahnhof
Wir, Aktivist*Innen aus NRW wollen Öffentlichkeit für diesen perversen Auswuchs des Kapitalismus schaffen und das Thema auf die politische Tagesordnung setzen. Gentrifizierung ist längst kein Problem von Großstädten mehr. Immer häufiger treten Mietenwahnsinn und Verdrängung auch in kleineren Städten auf, die ihre Innenstädte “säubern” und aufhübschen wollen. Mieter*Innen, die oft jahrzehntelang in ihren Wohnungen gelebt haben und dort verwurzelt sind, müssen weichen. Wohin, das ist den Investoren egal. In Berlin hat sich bereits ein breites Bündnis gegründet, welches lautstarken Protest gegen diese Zwangsräumungen organisiert. Wir glauben, dass es Zeit wird, dass wir hier in NRW gemeinsam, gruppen- und städteübergreifend aktiv werden und uns mit den Betroffenen solidarisieren.
Vom Berliner Bündnis haben wir den Hilferuf von Michael P. erhalten, der in Krefeld von einer Zwangsräumung bedroht ist und bereits angekündigt hat, Widerstand zu leisten. Nun liegt es an uns ihn dabei zu unterstützen und Öffentlichkeit für diesen Fall zu schaffen.
Wir treffen uns zunächst einmal um uns kennen zu lernen und Michael P. zu fragen, wie wir ihn genau unterstützen können am Sonntag, den 12.05. um 13:00 Uhr am Krefelder Hauptbahnhof. Kommt zahlreich, mobilisiert eure Freund*Innen und verbreitet diesen Aufruf über alle eure Kanäle.

Wohnraum für alle!
Am 11.05.2013 wollen wir wieder gemeinsam gegen Verdrängung durch hohe Mieten, Wegrationalisierung von sozialen Einrichtungen und Räumung von selbstverwalteten Zentren, obwohl genug Leerstand vorhanden ist, auf die Straße gehen.
In Frankfurt sind manche Mietpreise so hoch wie in London – Verdrängung und Leerstand bestimmen das Stadtbild.
Wir wollen nicht weiter zusehen, wie ein Viertel nach dem anderen in kapitalistisches Niemandsland verwandelt wird und Menschen durch steigende Mietpreise in Armut verfallen.
Wir wollen eine Entwicklung der Stadt als Ganzes!

Luxus für alle – Schimmel und Bruchbuden für keinen!
Am 22.4.2013 versammelten sich ca. 150 – 200 Menschen gegen 20 Uhr auf dem Achidi-John-Platz vor der Flora. Nach einer viertel Stunde wurde ein Transparent enthüllt mit der Aufschrift: “Gegen Polizeigewalt und staatliche Repressionen – Freiräume verteidigen” und los ging’s.
Die Demo bewegte sich erst nach hinten durch den Flora-Park, in die Juliusstraße und dann mit Parolen und etwas Pyrotechnik die Susannenstraße runter. Die Bullen wurden durch diesen Schlenker überrascht und waren damit beschäftigt hinterher zu laufen. Erst in der Bartelsstraße brachten sie eine Polizeikette zustande, die den vorderen Teil der Demo vom Rest abspaltete, aber ansonsten keinerlei Wirkung hatte. Die Leute drehten einfach um, liefen weiter die Susannenstraße runter und bogen am Ende rechts ab in die Schanzenstraße, wo sie erneut mit dem vorderen Teil zusammentrafen. Dann ging es in die Lagerstraße und über ein Firmengelände durch die Unterführung am Schanzenbahnhof in den Schanzenpark. Die Bullen waren weiterhin sichtlich überfordert und konzentrierten sich panisch darauf, das Mövenpick-Hotel abzuriegeln.
An der U-Bahn Schlump ging es dann in den Feierabendverkehr und Baustellen-Absperr-Zeugs wurde zu Straßenverkehrs-Absperr-Zeugs. Nach einigen weiteren Schlenkern landete der Aufzug in der Weidenalle nahe eines kürzlich kurzzeitigt besetzen Hauses, das für einen Neubau abgerissen werden soll. Hier wurde begonnen, eine Baustelle zur Barrikade umzufunktionieren. Als dann die Bullen von beiden Seiten eintrafen, machte sich leider Panik breit. Die Leute flüchteten und wurden so zu Gejagten, wobei sich für 30-40 ein Hinterhof als Sackgasse erwies. Sie wurden eingekesselt und später in Gewahrsam verbracht.
Ärgerlich ist das nicht zuletzt deshalb, weil die Einkesselung durch das panische Weglaufen ein gutes Stück weit hausgemacht war. Mit etwas mehr Ruhe und Entschlossenheit hätten die zahlenmäßig unterlegenen Bullen ohne Probleme umgangen und die Demo fortgesetzt werden können. Leider kommt es in den letzten Jahren viel zu oft zu einer solchen Dynamik und es wird weggelaufen, sobald die Schergen auch nur in die Nähe auftauchen. Wenn wir stattdessen in solchen Situationen geschlossen stehen bleiben/weitergehen, hätten die Bullen ein Problem und ihrer Strategie der Treibjagd würde ein Strich durch die Rechnung gemacht werden. Wir können alleine durch Ruhe und Geschlossenheit ihre Handlungsspielräume einengen und unsere erweitern!
Ausgehend von dem Hinterhof-Kessel gab es dann noch eine Solidemo von solidarischen Menschen für die Eingekesselten und die geräumte Ivi über die Schanzenstraße in Richtung Lerchenwache. Unterwegs flog etwas Gerümpel auf die Straße. Erst auf Höhe Schulterblatt tauchten die Cops auf, stoppten die Leute und bildeten einen weiteren Kessel. Der wurde allerdings panisch wieder aufgelöst als der Rest der Leute unverdrossen weiter zur Lerchenwache ging. Danach zerstreute sich die Menge ohne weitere Gewahrsamnahmen.
Etwa zeitgleich wurde an der Brammerfläche am oberen Ende des Schulterblatts eine weitere Gruppe, die auf dem Gehweg in Richtung Rote Flora unterwegs war, ohne jeglichen Grund verfolgt und knüppelschwingend mit Rufen wie „Wir kriegen euch Schweine!“ über das Gelände gejagt: Die Einsatzfahrzeuge fuhren vorbei, ein Bulle zeigte auf die Leute, die Wagen hielten an und die Bullen sind direkt losgerannt. Einziger Grund war offenbar das Tragen von schwarzen Kapuzenpullis. Nicht gerade eine Seltenheit in der Schanze. Es kam zu sehr gewaltsamen Festnahmen und die Bullen verhielten sich sehr eskalativ gegenüber Passant_innen.
Dieses Verhalten war vermutlich schon mal die Generalprobe für das Protest-Wochenende von 26.4. bis 28.4. mit Demos Aktionen und Kundgebungen gegen die Internationale Gartenausstellung (IGA), für soziale Bewegungen in Griechenland und den Erhalt der bedrohten Esso-Häuser auf dem Kiez. Aber auch insgesamt sind die Übergriffe kein Einzelfall, zuletzt wurde die Vokü im Schanzenpark ohne jeglichen Grund auseinandergekloppt. Offenbar wird zunehmend auf ein eskalierendes Verhalten als Einsatzmittel gesetzt.
Auch hier gilt: Lasst euch nicht einschüchtern, wenn die Bullen euch anschreien, dann schreit zurück! Ihre Eskalation ist keine Verfehlung Einzelner, sondern hat Methode und wird bewusst eingesetzt. Anschreien, Beleidigungen und brutales Verhalten werden als Einsatzmittel unterrichtet, sie sollen einschüchtern. Wenn sie eskalieren, dann eskaliert deshalb zurück. Alles andere wird deren autoritäres Verhalten lediglich befördern. Sie sollen sich ruhig zweimal überlegen, ob ihr angelerntes Gewaltverhalten Erfolg hat und sie es anwenden wollen, oder ob ihnen dies auf Dauer zu stressig ist!
Für die kommenden Tage gibt es in Hamburg jedenfalls ein volles Programm, um aktive Gegenwehr gegen Polizeigewalt und die Verhältnisse auf die Straße zu tragen:

Vor einigen Tagen wurde die Kampagne #ZeroCovid gestartet, die sich unter dem Vorsatz einer vermeintlich linken Haltung als solidarischer Weg aus der Pandemie deklariert. In diesem Artikel wiederum sollen einige Gedanken entfaltet werden, warum #ZeroCovid eine inhärente Eliminatorik trägt, die für ein gleichermaßen omniversales wie massenemanzipatorisches Interesse komplett inakzeptabel sein müssen.
