Hundreds of activists, students and immigrants along with trade unionists closed down San Francisco ICE on February 28, 2018.
With Trump planning a major wave of ICE raids targeting Northern California in the coming weeks, especially targeting sanctuary cities, organized community responses are essential to beating back these attacks. The goal, as always with immigration enforcement, is to strike fear in immigrant communities, reinforce their precarious status as workers and feed Trump’s base that supports his white nationalist agenda.

WHEN IMMIGRANT RIGHTS ARE UNDER ATTACK
WHAT DO WE DO?
STAND UP, FIGHT BACK!
White America has a long ugly history of destroying family and culture of black and brown folks who were forced into the country, either in chains, or as refugees. It’s 2018, and still families are being separated based on racist policies which govern who qualifies for US citizenship. The current administration has shown extreme prejudice against black and brown immigrants, and it’s clear that now these sentiments are being carried out by ICE. Today, in West Bend WI, a member of my own family was arrested at his home and detained indefinitely. Continue reading ICE Raids Wisconsin Dairy Farms: You Caring

On Saturday, September 9th at 2PM in Oscar Grant Plaza, Oakland, we invite all undacamented folks, families and allies to join us in a rally and march to show love and support for #DACA. The Trump administration has made it a corner-stone of its fascistic platform to harasses, deport, and incarcerate immigrants at an unprecedented rate. DHS and ICE have been raiding homes and workplaces at an increasing pace. One such workplace in NYC is under attack. However, rather than accept their fate and allow their friends and families to be torn apart by these policies, these people have chosen to fight back.
