#Bern: Communiqué on the “Unite revolutionary struggles” Demo

Swiss territory. For a couple of hours today (November 23, Enough 14), the struggles all over the world were present in the streets of Bern. About 500 people took part in the “Revolutionary Fights Connect” demo. We solidarize with the rebellious people around the globe. We showed that Switzerland is jointly responsible for many of these exploitative conditions and precarious living conditions.

#Zurich: Voices from the occupied #Juch

We, and all of us who have entered this space in the last few weeks, have seen what this was and must never be again: a prison. What is clear to all of us is that no one who has seen this space can allow it to be used again for the administration and imprisonment of people. It is inhumane that traumatised people who have fled in the Juch should again be crammed together and monitored.

The revolution is feminist – Hundreds of thousands of women on strike in #Switzerland

Switzerland: June 14th will go down in history as an important day in a country where normally everything is a little less spectacular. Hundreds of thousands of women in Switzerland took part in the second nationwide women strike. Actions and mobilizations took place in all parts of the country, in cities and in rural areas. By choosing June 14th a continuity to the first national women’s strike in 1991 was established. This is seen as the largest strike in Swiss post-war history. The women strike 2019 impressively ties in with that tradition.

#FreeNekane demo in #Zürich: #Nekane – one of us!

Former Basque city councillor Nekane Txapartegi, who had to flee to Switzerland in 2007, is still threatened with deportation to the Spanish state. Last month Nekane has to testify in Bern. On June 8 there was a demo in solidarity with Nekane in Zürich (Swiss territory).
