In Spanien gingen gestern Tausende Menschen in über 30 Städten auf die Straße um gegen die zunehmende Repression und die für Freilassung von Alfonso Fernandez Ortega zu demonstrieren. Seit dem 14. November 2012 sitzt der 21jähriger im Gefängnis, auf Basis von Aussagen von Polizisten, die der Beschuldigte vehement bestreitet. Seine U-Haft wurde am 26. Dezember verlängert, obwohl noch nicht einmal ein Polizeibericht vorliegt.

Gestern Abend gab es in mehr als 30 Städten Demonstrationen, bei denen die Freilassung von Alfonso Fernández Ortega, von Freunden Alfon genannt, gefordert wurde. Alfon sitzt auf Basis von 0 Beweisen seit dem 14. November in Untersuchungshaft. Gestern Abend wurde dann eine Webseite der spanischen Regierung auf dem UNO Server gehackt, auf der folgende Botschaft hinterlassen wurde:
“Der König von Spanien erinnerte vor ein paar Tagen daran, dass alle vor dem Gesetz gleich sind. Was er nicht sagte, war, dass sie, um diesen Zustand zu erreichen, zwei verschiedene Gesetze betreiben.
Eines, in dem die Bürger, die ihre Schulden nicht bezahlen können, vertrieben werden und ein weiteres, in dem Banken oder Regierungen, die sich mit dem Geld von Otto Normal verspekulieren, gerettet werden.
Eines, worüber die Herrscher, die sich selbst als Demokraten definieren, laut schreien wenn dort das Recht auf Streik geregelt wird. Ein anderes, in dem diejenigen, die dieses, in der Verfassung verankertes Recht, wahrnehmen, kriminalisiert werden.
Eines, in dem ein Führer der Jugendabteilung der PP [Partido Popular, die Regierungspartei in Spanien] zu Weihnachten nach Hause zurückkehren konnte, obwohl er in Kuba zwei Menschen mit dem Auto getötet hatte. Außerdem wurde ihm auch der Führerschein abgenommen, weil er in einem Jahr mehr als 40 Bußgelder bekam. Die Regierung mit ihrem funktionierenden Betrug und ihren korrupten Begnadigungen webt alle Fäden, damit er Weihnachten mit seiner Familie feiern kann.
Ein weiteres, in dem Alfonso, ein Junge wie jeder andere, sich an einem Tag [14. November, der europäische Generalstreik] an Streiks beteiligt und dabei verhaftet wird und einer ungerechtfertigen Einzelhaft unterworfen wird. Er wird für angebliche Verstöße festgehalten, die nicht einmal in ihren eigenen Gesetzen aufgeführt sind.
Wir sind alle Alfon.
Wir haben keine Angst.
Wir werden weiterhin alle Lügen denunzieren.
Wir werden auch weiterhin seine sofortige Freilassung fordern.
In Spanien nehmen die Repressionen gegen Demonstranten, die gegen das Spardiktat der Troika und damit auch gegen die von Angela Merkel vorangetriebene Sparpolitik demonstrieren, immer weiter zu. Nach den vielen Prügel-Orgien der spanischen Bereitschaftspolizei und Gesetzesvorschlägen das Filmen und Fotografieren dieser prügelnden Polizisten zu verbieten, folgten Vorschläge das Streikrecht zu beschneiden und das Organisieren von FRIEDLICHEN Demonstrationen unter Strafe zu stellen. Hieraus entwickelt sich nun ein Justizskandal. Seit dem 14. November 2012 sitzt ein 21jähriger im Gefängnis, auf Basis von Aussagen von Polizisten, die der Beschuldigte vehement bestreitet.
