Sudan. The defence team of two young men, who were arrested on charges of killing a police brigadier in Khartoum in January, say that the detainees are being subjected “to the worst forms of torture by the Kober prison authorities”.

The three-year anniversary processions commemorating the overthrow of the 30-year Omar Al Bashir dictatorship, were held in Khartoum and across other cities in Sudan’s states, on Monday (April 11, 2022, Enough 14). Sudan. The Central Committee of Sudan Doctors announced that one protestor was killed, and dozens were injured during the March of the Millions in Khartoum, on Thursday. Eisam Hasab al-Rasoul (23) was shot in the chest by the security forces, leaving the current number of protestors that have been killed at 93, since the October 25 military coup.

The streets of Khartoum, Khartoum North (Bahri), and Omdurman, remained barricaded for the second consecutive day, in anticipation of marches that are expected to attract more than a million people to the Sudan capital, and other major cities today.
