
Lorenzo Orsetti was an anarchist fighter who was 33 years. Tekoser Piling was the battle name with which he had been given. He had traveled to northern Syria in September 2017 to join the Kurdish resistance that, at that time, was fighting against the last Islamic State (Daesh) jihadists in the city of Raqqa, considered for several years as the administrative capital of the Islamist group in Syria after the fall of Mosul in Iraq.
